I'm curious why I can't find reviews on most of the very attractive escorts listed on eros-guide.com? Anybody know where I might need to look or should I consider most of them not to be that person if I did book an appt? I'm looking for some FS petite, blonde, busty, fun escorts. HELP
You ask a pretty broad scope question, but it's been my personal experience that many of the hottest pictures on Eros that don't have corresponding TER reviews...are bait & switch agencies. I suppose the ones you're looking at could be the exception, but since you posed the question on a board for beginners, I'm going to guess that you shouldn't find out personally.
Eros is, in it's own way, just as bad as CL. Lots of fakes, just higher priced fakes. If you want to try and find honest, hard working legitimate providers your search should always end here in the TER reviews section.
When I travel to a new city on business, I check out EROS. I usually find about 40% of the ladies I would like to see that have verifiable reviews. As has been said, might be some B & S or ROB's. My method is simply this--no TER reviews means I pass. PERIOD.
The first girl I visited was a girl whose ad I saw on Eros. She was real, and I imagine that most of the girls on Eros are real. However, you cannot be too careful.
Check to see if their names, pictures, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and/or web sites are all real by searching for their reviews on this site. Many of the girls who don't have reviews or whose profiles look too good to be true may not be for real.
Also, you might post on your regional board and inquire about reputable providers in your area that meet your criteria.

The reliability of eros varies by city. In most cases you will find ads for many, if not most of the usual suspects, but there are ads to do cause on to question.

Neither can't be found on TER, and I've tried contacting both of them a few times!!!
Now here is the assignment
1) Google the phone numbers!
2) Look at the addresses you find!
3) Now google the addresses!
Isn't strange how many different agencies seem to be located at 819th, and 820th 4th Street in Phoenix? BTW, this is a rather seedy part of town. Adding to the red flags, is the fact that these gals advertise as independents.
The lessons to be learned:
1) Being a TER VIP is always a good place to start, and can save a great deal of time.
2) Vigilance, and careful research, is the way to prevent being ripped off!!!

In the 2 links you pointed out above, you'll notice that both are the same, up until the name. The part just before the name identifies the account holder. In both of them, the account holder is az-amz1. While I don't know specifically who that is, one account holder with more than one girl attached would typically be an agency. When it's an agency, and they attempt to HIDE that, a red flag should fly.
Here's an example grabbed at random. I don't know anything about her at all, except that she has her own Eros account. It's one of many tools available, once you learn the game.

You guys who consistantly answer inquiries, that can be answered by having a VIP membership, usually by directing the inquirer to get the same, have the patience of a saint. I'm so impressed.
Yep. Still am a relative newby. But you guys remind me of good teachers who have to teach the same material over and over again to new classes. It takes the patience of a saint. Meaning that as a compliment to the responders, not anything derogatory about the persons posting the questions.
I think there are a LOT of fakes on EROS. I usually steer away from the ones where they give you the least amount of info.
ie - I've seen quite a few where the profile leaves out stuff like

Ht:
Wt:
Waist:
Hips:
I always envision an agency trying to leave all their options open as to whom they can send.
