I used to get the blues, but then I started hobbying four to six hours a week and they went away. I usually have an idea of who I want to see two or three appointments out, so when I walk out of one session, I am immediately thinking about the next one, so there is not time for separation anxiety or any other form of "blues."
There may be some legitimacy in the idea that certain things you eat can cure the sex blues. I do swallow a large amount of natural vaginal secretions every week.
