I am planning a trip to Germany in Aug or Sept 2015 and I am interested in a comparison between FKK Paradise and FKK Sakura. I have never been to these clubs and I am planning a 1-2 day visit to these clubs. I would appreciate your suggestions and recommendations to my questions below. Thanks in advance for all your help!

In my experience Sakura is a bit smaller, but with very good food (club looks great as well). I believe most of the locals go here (which can also be seen on the local forum BW7). I personally had very good sessions in Paradise (which also looks good en has decent food), but I seem to have been lucky with that.
In any case: the Saarbrucken branche is still finding its feet, better stick to Stuttgart.
Thanks icebear. What is the approach policy like, do girls approach or it's client initiated? if you had just a one night stay and had to pick one of the two clubs, which would you go to for a better line up and experience?

I used to work outside of Stuttgart in Vaihingen and Sakura was so easy to train to -- that was a main spot for me.
At Sakura, the girls walk up to you while you are grabbing a drink at the bar (soda and juice are free -- beer and alcohol are charged). While the girls will walk up to you, you can just let them know you are enjoying your drink and they will leave you alone. I'd say about half do not speak any English but the other half who do, would even enjoy practicing their English with you so don't turn them away too fast. They will also introduce you to other girls who may not wish to approach if you treat them nicely and offer to buy them a drink. Don't be a cheap Charlie -- just know that unless you are a local, you will pay about 10-15 more Euro but everyone will be MUCH happier, including you.
One last interesting observation -- the girls who are *really* stellar, the ones who provide excellent service and are top looking, do not tend to approach. They are available but basically know when their clients are coming into the club and pretty much are booked up. These girls have standing appointments with their regulars and while they are alone sitting around the bar or playing the slot machine, they are really just waiting for their next regular to arrive. They tend to book a regular about every two hours -- an hour "on" and an hour "off" cleaning up and getting ready for the next appt. They have no time for newby tourists!
The girls that approach are just breaking in, they are trying to build a regular clientele of locals they know will show up week in / week out. They are happy taking your money as a tourist, but because Sakura is a local place -- they much prefer locals and offer locals MUCH better service
