Unless you trust a lady explicitly with ALL OF your information (banking, SS#, ....) , I would suggest you live by yourself.

Nowadays there are three types of people in this world, people you trust implicitly with "everything", people who are out to no good, and people who have no ulterior motives at all.
Are you willing to ask her for references, employment / W2 / pay stubs, and a credit check?
Generally ladies who are over a certain age are "bit" more trustworthy than those who are younger
