If Backpage ads annoy you, don't look at Backpage ads.

OK I'm the dumbass of the week. I saw several series of ads lately for the South Bay all have gorgeous pictures, multiple ads, multiple girls, common price of 160 for full hour, some say NURU others not. I've been around the block and know these are mostly BS but the location was good for me and I was bored so I tried 2 figuring I would bail out if I didn't like the girl and try the next one. First one was in Torrance little old skinny lady possibly as old as 60 I kid you not. I quickly said ty good bye. Next one in Gardena short fat and ugly quick goodbye. A few weeks ago I found an ad for nuru in Cypress and went and had a fairly exceptional session. I have mot been on review board for a while as I have 2 very spectacular massage girls that I found over the years and see on occasion so I don't need to put up with this BS crap. I cannot share them sorry as they work in "legit" massage places. Here is the point of my longwinded thread. Could we not set up a site where we can shout SCAM, UGLY, mot at all what's advertised and quickly expose these BS ads???

But on a serious note, I'm really sorry to hear that you had so many bogus experiences all in a row. Hearing that annoys me because I make a point of trying to represent myself accurately, knowing that not everyone is looking for a 30yr old curvy six-footer (and that would really suck if you were expecting a 19yr old blonde spinner LOL).
Those misleading ads make it more difficult for the hobbyists obviously, but they also make it more difficult for us legit ladies who are out there. I can't tell you how many calls I get from there asking if my photos are real, and I've had a number of guys tell me they're surprised my photos were real when they got there. I don't know what it must be like to wade through all the ads trying to pick out who's real and who isn't.

I applaud you for walking out. Good for you! I really wish everyone did that when they encountered a fake ad like that.
And don't just walk out. Write a review! Let everyone else know that it's a rip-off and a bait-and-switch. I've seen reviews before for guys reporting fake photos/b&s so if it's just me, I'd encourage you to put pen to paper... errr... well, you get the idea.

Here's to hoping your next experience is a great one - and if you are looking for nuru I'd suggest my friend Nuru Ayelisa the next time she's in town. She's a hot woman and does a great nuru session. (I've done doubles with her & it's tons of fun!)

Yup, exactly!

Occasionally I see the ad reposted on BP and listed as Scam or whatever so it is possible to do that.  If you are in the South Bay area (as am I) you must have realized by now you need to go either north or south (WLA or OC).  Midday traffic either way is fine.  The Alamitos/Cypress option just appeared (actually the location has been there for a while but the faces are different) which provides an alternative - if you refer to the one I am thinking of.

But I just do not touch the numerous obvious fake (to me) Asian agency ads fearing exactly what you experienced.  The agencies probably do not look kindly on being called out.

......realize that you will get what you pay for. Most of the gals in this business know what they're worth. Sorry to possibly shatter your dreams, but you're not going to find an "undiscovered" princess for $160 an hour on BP or anywhere else for that matter.

Exactly.  If you're fishing at the bottom end of the rate scale, you are going to get the bottom end of looks, performance and probably no English.  Wouldn't you rather go $250-300 and know you are going to have a first class experience, albeit hobbying a little less frequently, than to keep spending a lesser amount and walking away disappointed?  You're probably spending the difference in gas driving to all of these places and walking out, not to mention the time-suck.

Pretty sure that if you're fishing at the bottom end of the rate scale you're a lot more likely to run into someone who's doing an upsell anyway which means you'd be right back in that price range (or if not, then just frustrated and annoyed).
I meet a lot of newbies and I always tell them to make sure a lady has a substantial review history and solid internet presence.. if she's professional and is a responsible and reliable businesswoman then it should be fairly obvious from the way she handles herself in her ads, on the forums, etc. Without those things I would think your likelihood of having a great experience would start going down, and quickly.

I have to say I do not envy what you guys must go through when trying to find a reliable provider... it's no wonder so many guys are tempted to find an ATF and stick with her hahaha!

Amen, I know what I like and I can't lie. (My "ATF", she might have or might not have already be reviewed by me for full disclosure.)

We all know that the vast majority of posts on BP are bulls**t.  However, there are some that are legit, and there are also some that aren't legit and have already been flagged by your fellow hobbyists on TER.  I found a great website, www.liverubreviews.com, that scans BP and then identifies those posts that have TER reviews associated with them. Makes it a whole lot easier to find those diamonds in the rough on BP.  Won't help if you are TOFTT, but will help to make sure you don't TOFTT when someone else already has
