Can you find out where she posted? If you notify the advertising company they should take her ad down immediately. I also recommend sending her a message letting her know that you know, the advertising company, and the TEr members so hopefully she'll move on.
We should probably put our names or phone numbers over our photos like some people do. I haven't done that yet either. I've had people notify me four different times that somebody's using my Photos someplace. I only knew because somebody told me. Who knows how many times that happens in cities where we don't know anybody and nobody tells us about it
I was just informed that there is someone using my pics, name etc.. .and she is posting in the LA area, Oakland, and Garden, on BP. I wanted to give you guys a heads up because it is not me. I am not in LA touring nor have I ever been.

You wont be the first person this has happened to, nor will you be the last. On a current ad forum, even the top ranked provider's photos are being used by someone else.
One way to protect yourself is to watermark your photos so someone else can't use them.
