This used to be a much bigger issue (ahem) before I discovered a brand of brief that fits me well.  But still, when I think the coast is clear, I'll often rearrange things to my comfort, similar to women fixing their boobs in the bra.  Curiously, when I took a trip to Spain, I discovered that the men have no compunction about re-tucking the boys when necessary.  Totally typical to see a guy walking down the street and just reach down to give things a gentle push to the left without breaking stride.

For some reason men just love to scratch their balls and then sniff their fingers, seriously, i have caught a few guy's doing this over the years, absolutely cracks me up when i catch them doing it.
