For the moment, I'm enjoying time spent with younger ladies. Now like most guys, it's her looks that will catch my attention, but it's her personality more than her intellect that will bring me back
All of the above though I don't really focus on the youth part, if the provider is a fit for me the age doesn't matter...pretty much everything you seem to be! Beautiful, smart, fun, sexy, friendly... did I mention beautiful?? 
agree... but some of the older gals have been the best expierence with.
Like the others, I appreciate all 3. That said, beauty and reviews will get me to a provider's door, but what will get me to return? Brains will definitely help because I'm into a connection. Age has very little to do with it. I actually find young girls harder to connect with sometimes because they are so distracted. I'm never getting their full attention. Not all young girls but some. So, to answer your question, beauty and brains. Didn't Jerry Hall say it the best..."You need to be a maid in the living room, a cook in the kitchen and a whore in the bedroom." not sure if Brains ever comes into it if you believe that though...
As for looks, most guys cherish youth, but I don't, specifically, ever look for youth.
It's really personality and beauty. Having a great personality does enhance one's beauty. Having brains, doesn't mean you have a good personality.

Average guy is looking for 20 y.o. Are they hoping for free easy-to-get sex ? Is youth so attractive to AVERAGE man?
I am glad that TER members are not "Average" and have better more sophisticated taste.
So happy to be older than 20 and possess more qualities ..

"Youth is the one drawback that for sure dissolves with age"

Though, some of you could hear my favorite Line:

the American version of that proverb comes from G.B. Shaw...and others.. "Youth is wasted on the young."
I have clients come see me all the time more worried about their age, because aren't we all? I tell them that they can be sexy for as long as they want to be. Because we are all getting older together. There are so many of us in every age group who find each other attractive that it's really OK and I hope everybody feels that way.
The age that was hard for me was in my early 30s. I knew I wasn't old but I wasn't young anymore and it really bothered me. My mother told me that I should always appreciate the age I am right now because in 10 years I'm going to say to myself, why did I not appreciate how young and pretty I was 10 years ago? I feel I have really embrace that philosophy and I do actively try to appreciate how I look and feel about myself right now.
When I first started in this hobby I thought I was too old. But surprisingly to me, I've only done better and better. There are a lot of guys who do not want 20 something and they are helping me to live a very comfortable life financially!
Every lady in this hobby is worried about her age.
To the young ladies out there I want to say, don't worry!!! If you keep yourself fit you can do well in this hobby for a long time!

Can't remember how I wound up reading her blog site but I gotta say I loved her posts so much and after getting a sense of her intellect, wit and developing sagacity. I find her now at least two to three times more attractive then prior. Now remember Ms. Kross is someone I would find very, vey attractive on first glance so to say the other factors increase that in multiples . . . . hmmmm
