The head coach is a joke and has stated he has and will go out just to break records. The 138 point game was part of the game plan. The kid didn't just get hot, the entire team was coached to pass to the kid and let him take all the shots. Same with this assist record. I'm sure the plan going in to the game was to make sure the same kid brought the ball up and the rest of the players were instructed to shoot as soon as he passed it to them, or possibly only pass it back. Again, I can't remember where I saw the article but that was the basic story. Makes the records meaningless in my book.
