ait n Switch or fake photo's?

Bait n Switch anyone can do that, even if photo's are verified and the owner knows the girl, the girl can still send her friend out to the date instead.  The blame falls with the girl and not the advertising site.

Fake photo's then it's down to the advertising site to make sure it doesn't happen.

I had always put more trust in city source over the other sites, but just recently I had a bait and switch. The girl's face in the photos was obscured but I could tell simply by body shape. I confronted the girl and she admitted it, and I ultimately left. Spread the word and hopefully Martin or someone from Citysource will get the message. Their tagline is "photos verified by city source" for christ's sake.

No, fake photos. My bad. I always thought bait and switch meant fake photos.
In fact, the provider sent me the photos from the original model to show me how she (the original model) didn't even look like herself in the updated photos. She was trying to prove what one could do with photoshop.
The photos are definitely not her. If it was a bait and switch, she would be ruining the reputation of the girl she was switching with, no?

Then give us her name or more details before you throw City Source under the bus.

It would not be the first time, nor the last,  a lady is trying to pull something

It is not a tag line.  CS is an ad board.  There are plenty of ads that do not say "Verified by CS".  On the flip side there are plenty of ads that say "Photos by CS".  Those you can certainly trust.  There are a lot of very good reasons that ladies use stock photos that have been discussed here ad nauseum.  Thats why TER reviews give you the two options - are photos real and are photos a fair representation.  As long as they are fairly representative, I rarely have a complaint.  Now if the ad says Latina spinner and a BBBW answered the door, thats probably a bait and switch that goes well beyond a photo issue.

Bottom line is you need to read the ads carefully.

you will certainly have better odds that they are the real deal. Nothing is 100% so I absolutely agree we all need to real the ads carefully .

My bad. I always assumed that if a photo on Citysource had the "city source" watermark, then either the photo was taken by city source or someone at city source had verified the photos were actually the girl  advertising. I guess I need to read more carefully. I'm not trying to throw city source under the bus. It is one of the more trustworthy sites.

I posted the same head's up before and got very few responses. Tineye gave away the picture identity and, you can also tell from the email reply that the ad is a fake.

So you gonna let us know which ad it is?  What are you afraid of?
