I don't know what the law says where you are, but in California a FBSM fits within the language of the statute that defines prostitution.  People who think that if there's no intercourse it must be legal are wrong.

My guess is that other states view it the same way, but I couldn't say for sure.

Hello everyone. I am a newbie that has checked all the boards and still had a question for the vets/providers out there. I am writing from the D.C. area and was wondering if massage parlours or independent providers that offer only massage are legal or is there still a chance of pursuit by "LE". Thanks in advance for your input.

if you have the bad luck of crossing paths with LE you get arrested and most likely convicted without a violation of the law

Out in CA,you can still get popped by LE for not having a massage licence.Be careful.
