Whether Vegas or anywhere else, my advice is to check the ads, select a number of possibilities, then check their reviews on TER. If you have about 4 or 5 to choose from, you can keep eliminating until you find whomever best fits your desires. If you pick too many, you'll just get confused.
I haven't been at this too long myself, but everyone I've met using this system delivered a 9 or 10.
The services they provide will be listed by reviewers in the section for that, or ittmay be on the provioders' web sites. GFE generally means at least LFK and usually DFK.
