I would love to know why a city who has the salaries higher than most of USA and cost of living pretty high. Why DAFUQ you guys insist on paying pennies on the dollar? In cities that have half the income and cost of living their rates are considered beyond low end.
Never get why a guy wants to stick his weiner in a hooker that has a dick in her almost every hour. Don't even try it with me claiming they don't otherwise they'd be living in a cardboard box with their share of the rates in your city.always good to hear more sides to the story, imo! The truth is a triple-edged sword, as they say.

And yet another reason may be that some peeps feel they came in and "undercut", right? Sometimes "lower" rates are not always greeted with a big, warm fuzzy. lol. There's no way to really pinpoint all the exact reasons without taking a poll that is statistically sound, I suppose.
