What you set up makes perfect sense but isn't necessarily the case with all.

I live in the north Dallas area and am ready to take the plunge into the hobby.  I'm trying to do my homework by searching reviews but I'm having some trouble understanding what I'm seeing.  How do I know how many reviews a particular provider has without actually clicking on their name?  The searches return a set of reviews, not providers.  So each review may be the sole review for a new provider, or the 20th review for that provider.  You can't tell without clicking on every single one.  And unless I take notes, it's difficult to remember who I've looked at already.  Especially without images, the names of the providers all blur in my head.  Am I going about this the wrong way?

Second, what are the normal tips?  I know "you get what you pay for", but I'm just trying to gauge the market a bit.

For example, on a $300/hour provider, do these tips/results seem accurate?

$0 - Provider considers you rude or inconsiderate and does the bare minimum without being friendly.
$20 - Provider smiles and is friendly but that's it.
$40 - Provider considers this "normal" and provides the full enjoyable experience.
$60 - Provider is very appreciattive and will remember you in the future.
$80+ - Same as $60 but you're just throwing money away at this point.

I have no idea how accurate the above estimate is, or if I'm even thinking of it the right way.  Thoughts?

Do some research by searching other posts for topics like "how do I get started?" or "tipping".

Short version--
1.  Buy VIP so you have more search options and can read the juicy details.
2.  Enter all the criteria you desire in the search field including number of reviews (5 or more) then you have to check each lady individually.  Don't just look at the pics, read the reviews.
3.  The best tip is to make another appointment with the same lady.  Some guys tip and others do not.

First, get VIP.  Second, read the reviews for individual providers that you are interested.  As a newbie, you should be looking for consistently well reviewed ladies, with several pages of reviews, some recent and from experienced reviewers.  It is a plus if the lady posts on TER herself, and interacts on the boards with other providers and hobbyists.  I would also recommend independent over agency unless your research indicates the agency in question is reputable.  Once you have VIP, you can also PM other TER members whom have reviewed the provider you're interested in for more info.  Lastly, tipping is optional. As the response above mine said, the best tip is repeat business.  Beware if she even mentions tipping before or during your meeting...classic sign of an upsell.
