Sure, why not? I would think that TER admin might look at it as another way of posting an ad for yourself so be careful as some boards have a limit on how many ads you can post in a certain time period.
Otherwise asking advice on something that can be so important to your business is a wise thing to do. You can look around at other provider ads to get some ideas also. Just be sure if you see something real cool on another website, you write to that person and ask if you could do the same on yours. You could do it anyway, but it is always a nice gesture to send off a little email like that.
