WTF ?  This was an excerpt from John Gray's book "Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus."  I'm sure that Mr. Gray did not write the aforementioned book with hobbyist/provider relationships in mind, but are his insights applicable ?  Are we motivated by a Woman 'needing' us ?  Admittedly, I walk thru each threshold hoping that I get a smile or some gesture that says, "...I don't know you, but it's a nice start."  She is mine for the time I'm with her.  Although I'm the one with the envelope, I feel fulfilled only when we're both pleasured.  In the case of a Woman paying for sex, Is that need to be mutually pleasured in order to be fulfilled the same ?  Would she care if you came, or is it all about her ?  And in the case of women, is the term 'cherished' analogous to 'being placed on a pedestal ?"  There has to be some sense of euphoria knowing that every gent that schedule's a session with a provider 'cherishes', at least the thought, that she is the embodiment of his fantasy...

men simply want sex? Well I can tell you I've been with providers where the opposite is true. The provider is there for the sex, and the gentleman is simply looking for a little connection, and intimacy in his lonely life.

I'm getting so tired of someone writing a book, or creating a story, with some random conclusion, and that conclusion, no matter how erroneous, somehow or other, becomes a fact in the eyes of the masses. I see it happen in all levels of life, be it politics, religion, education, athletics, etc. And once an erroneous conclusion becomes fact, it doesn't matter how much evidence is presented to the contrary, people will not change their minds. Lives are ruined because of this. The reason I'm taking this train of thought is because I just watched the show on Duke Lacrosse. The erroneous story was fueled by corrupt politicians seeking reelection, and by a frenzied media seeking higher viewer ratings, and lives were ruined. When the truth finally came out, and proved Duke Lacrosse 100% innocent, and that the girl had fabricated her story, it didn't matter. Some people to this day believe they are guilty.

Are women from Venus, and men from Mars? No way! My life's conclusion is that we're all different. Not just men from women. Everyone is different. Everyone is shaped and formed by our wide ranging life's experiences. And since no two people have had the exact same experiences, it would be impossible for them to be alike. Just in the one small aspect of life called sexuality, especially since I've had thousands of wide ranging opportunities of discovery, every lady is 100% totally different. Some are from Mars, some from Venus, some from Pluto, some from Earth, while some are giant Black Holes. The guys are all different too. Just ask the ladies about the Black Hole guys they've known. Again, everyone is different. So I wholeheartedly disagree with the conclusions from the book. But no matter how erroneous I think it is, that book caught on like wildfire (50 million + sold), and now those conclusions are presented as fact. In life, one has to be extremely lucky to avoid one or more faulty conclusions, and avoid getting swept up en masse by it, and have their life ruined. In truth, even though our lives haven't been particularly ruined per se, we've all been affected by our daily dealings with politics, religion, education, etc. What do the masses think of our hobby?
