But sadly, highly unlikely. Think of all the money California could collect in taxes, not to mention helping to cut down on STDs. If the state ran the business similar to Mexico, they could mandate providers to carry a health card. They would need to be tested every 30 days. I would still keep street walking illegal but, they could set up legalized brothels is particular zoning areas like they do with adult book stores. Oh well....we can all dream.

But then again, I never thought I would see weed legalized anywhere in my lifetime, so here's hoping.  I can't believe they're still trying to raise an extra $30 grand.  They haven't heard of crowd-sourcing?  I'd think that would be easy-peezy.

I've partaken in European countries where the hobby is legalized.  At times, the sex can be very clinical.  You can openly discuss what you want and the girl can tell you how much it's going to cost for what you want.  It's tough -- but not impossible -- to find a GFE.  Perhaps the language barrier has something to do with it?  It's definitely clinical in the brothels, studios, and FKKs.  The GFEs I have had have been with outcall ladies in Canada and at sex clubs such as the Lady Marmalade parties in the UK.  But, it would be nice to bring the best that Europe offers here to the U.S. without the cost or airfare to get there.
