Most of us Angelenos are used to driving everywhere, so it usually won't be a big deal to have to hit 3 freeways (or more) to get to a provider that we really want to see. Although I personally prefer play dates in the LAX area, I am willing to travel to the SFV, SGV, OC, even the IE for a girl-friendly provider who has ignited my loins

Your thoughts definitely help me. I did actually live downtown before, and it did seem like people didn't want to drive into town. But I spent a lot of time walking the hills of various parks, and my favorite was near the observatory.  
This winter, while New England has been freezing, I've been remembering those glorious walks I had in the sun, hearing coyotes at dusk, and looking down at the city lights below. So I'd like to set myself up by these areas so that in between appointments, I'll be frolicking in the natural areas of LA
