 In the Asian community, they use 'girl' freely like K-girls, C-girls, J-girls and so on. The rationale there is that 'girl' signify youth, and is the G of GFE.  
 'Provider' is of course much more dignified, like doctor, lawyer and business woman.  
 In China they use 'sex worker' as standard label. How about Geisha in Japanese, which literally means artistic prostitute ?
