Dowtown LA has some great areas, art district, little Tokyo, Chinatown. - lots restaurants and LA Live. Looking for trendy? West Hollywood, Koreatown and as suggested Santa Monica.

Enjoy your time here!

Hi everyone.
This is Zayla.
I am looking for some advice and recommendations about where to visit and ignore in LA.
I do enjoy active city life with restaurants, museums, shops, etc.
Beverly Hills? . LA Mid Town at USC? ... .???
I would really appreciate some honest feedback.
Thank you very much in advance.

where else can you sing, eat bbq, play ping pong, pool table, play league of legends, drink liquour or coffee, order girls or guys at hours such as 4am in the morning???

for sheer eating and night time fun can't beat LA's own city that never sleeps

You have to at least see Venice Beach.  If you go you will see Guitar Guy on roller blades, can get a medical marijuana prescription, lots of pretty girls (and pretty boys), tourist dressed funny,  buy  incense or 3 tee shirts for $10 dollar.  Either go to The Sidewalk Café and have lunch while being entertained by some group or grab a piece of pizza and sit back, relax and enjoy.

Beverly Hills?? you be miserable driving around  and broke with the  prices .
try santa monica west la near the 405 nice  restaurants Asian ,  Italian ,persian aII kinds
ops try marina too near airport
