Add target="_blank" in the link. For example:

The code they have provided me with, I copy and pasted the code into my wix site through the HTML app, when clicked the logo only opens TER's website on my website. Not a new window unfortunately. zmiller is correct if you want the logo to just go to TER's site, but if you want the logo to go your TER page use this:
a target="_blank" href="http://www.theeroticreview.com/reviews/show.asp?ID=223106"
