It would be creating a fair and equitable tax system. Giving every child the opportunity of receiving a quality education; and a fair chance at an equitable job paying a decent wage. Developing an anti-viral immunization program that eliminates the inconvenient (colds) to the deadly (Ebola hemorrhagic fever, HIV, etc.) that the anti-vaccine idiots recognize scientific facts and shut up.
