Does this happen more often and goes unspoken? I know there are safety concerns but its happened a couple of times and a high ranked lady ( top 25) is open to it? What are your thoughts....

Get a revolver and place a single round in the chamber. Spin the cylinder and place the muzzle against your head. Pull the trigger. If you survive that, you should get the same rush from BBFS. Keep repeating both until the inevitable happens.
Example of when you don't have to worry as much:

Example of when you should really worry more:
Cover failure and provider doesn't look worried but asked if you have any dependents that are counting on your future support.
