Have asked them to go easy on busted limbs - point to bandaged limb, mimic breaking a stick with your hands. Say "no". And believe me, when they know you're injured they get very attentive. They nearly carried me to a room, and then helped undress me which they don't normally do.What's it called & how do I get her to skip it? (Or did you catch that truck that hit me?)
Same AMP I went to previously... ad was the same except for "Under New Mgt"... no changes to facility which meant I knew the layout going in. Greeter & masseuse were different. (Previously only met one person on a morning visit... though the person who answered the phone both times has very poor Engish. Might be a separate office?)

I do have disabilities & did get extra help with undressing / dressing. Most providers are very kind & this was no exception. If fact, when I was leaving, she kept the door open to the cold until I had gotten safely down the stairs.
