You need to explain what you mean by "that" first...

A sexologist is just someone who has studied the topic of sexuality.  It could be as dry as ova and zygotes, or as hot as our fave Love Goddess.

Dear PSGUY, [or is that Porn Star Guy?]

A sexologist is someone with a post-graduate degree in human sexuality from an accredited learning institution, such as a state or private university.

In this case, she most likely has an undergraduate from a college/university, and then either a PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) from a research university, or a DHS degree (Doctor of Human Sexuality) from the Institue for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco. The Institute is accredited to train sexologists, but alas, few of its graduates land tenured positions as professors in state or private universities of note. Perhaps this is more of a political issue than perhaps one of scientific inquiry; graduates of the IASHS work very hard and deserve their PhD's and their DHS degrees just like anyone else who puts away five years of study. In addition, sexology as a field is very poorly funded by most universities; grants are rarely distributed unless they are attached to some major quantitative inquiries which can later be recycled into pharmaceutical ventures...or political ones, such as various studies on survivors of sexual abuse, or the effect of pornography on a large body of college students, etc.

As to what "that way" means, you've got me slightly stumped. If you are inferring to her sleeping with you for money, I doubt she'll do it, unless her grant money or paycheck didn't come in on time :-). But if it's gratis action you're after, then I suppose it's nothing different than a date in the civilian world. But beware; just because she's a sexologist doesn't make her any hotter or more gorgeous than the girl next door. As a clinician myself, I can tell  you that sex gets curiously de-sexualized once viewed through the prism of a clinical setting. Kinda like observing others eat a great meal, while you're behind glass trying to dissect what's really in that morsel of truffled capon that looks sorta interesting.
