how can one suggest who they accept ? Not all K-doll bookers recognize  each others' screening methods or accept each others' references. I suggest you begin by  updating  your TER reviews . You should see some Asian and other independents . That should help you with screening with the most reputable bookers and enable you to see the most popular and sought after KDs,  
Patience + Perseverance + Persistence ( polite) = Success.  

...of references that might not be acceptable:

-References older than 1 year (or for some ladies, references older than 6 months)
-Not enough references (some ladies require two, some ask for even more)
-No current ads or the reference is unavailable to contact for verification (no longer working, on vacation, etc)
-No reviews or not enough reviews (I personally look for regular reviews here dating back over 1 year)
-Bad reputation (known for bait & switch, unreliable, etc, ie I want someone trustworthy to rely on for a reference)

 
Also some ladies won't accept references from agencies, I don't think that's usually the case with kgirls because a lot of those ladies work for agencies or have assistants, but it's true of me & it's true of a few ladies I'm friendly with.  

I've spoken to a lot of guys who are really surprised when I won't accept a single whitelist reference from like three years ago, or they can't understand why I would want to actually speak with their references like they're surprised I would do anything except look that they've given me a name & phone number and say cool, come on over!

There are some ladies who do but it's probably a good thing if they're doing their due diligence because then you know they care about who they're meeting. That makes both of you safer.

anyway, every owner and booker are different.  some work with only certain bookers or owners.
