How is that the most likely scenario?  How are they going to get their drugs?  Delivery service?  Take the bus?  Yeah that's likely.  Drugs addicts can drive.

If you suspect any provider to be a drug addict whether she charges $120 an hour or $700 an hour it would behoove you to avoid seeing her unless your into that kind of thing.

A $700 an hour provider with a good reputation is likely not a drug addict.  Her reputation would quickly decline due to her addiction and lack of caring for her clients.

I would never see a drug addict because I don't use any drugs.  That is what screening is for and for gents, reviews.  In NYC lot's of clients don't have cars and make 6 figures a year.  I never figured any of them to be drug addicts.

NYC brought up again. In my experience that city as well as DC, Boston, Chicago are favorable to someone without a car. But this girl is not located in those cities, she is in LA.  Sure people here do it but it’s much more of struggle.

There are high functioning addicts.  For example a person who holds a down typical 9-5 job interacts with and sees coworkers 40 hrs a week, month after month.  Their coworkers have no idea about their drug/alcohol addiction.  It would be much easier for any type of addict to “get there shit together” for a few 2 hr sessions a week and fool/manipulate someone they may or may not see again.

Heck, a GFE provider just recently went on record saying she hates her sessions with guys and stares at her fingernails counting the time until the sessions are over.  This GFE girl has 9/10s. She was able to hide her true self from the hobbyist and it wasn’t reflected in the reviews.

As far as a drug addict w/o a car getting drugs. They accomplish that the same way that anyone without a vehicle does anything

if she was only offered outcall.

I had a 600/hr lady tell me she offers incall and the asked me if you can get the room because she does not have the means to get one.

So my concern would be her ability to make the session happen.

As long as she is at the appointment on time (or as close to it with LA traffic), I'm fine with it. As mentioned before, her reasons are her reasons.  I just want to be the focus of the date.

One lady friend said she liked taking a cab since that's how she got around in NYC and never needed a car. She would often take a quick rest to give that extra boost of energy during our dates.

I don't have a car, nor do I plan to get one...  But I live in a public trans & walking friendly city... But I'm a bad driver, & no it's not bcuz I'm ASIAN.... Lol.... I just get distracted by things around me... Lol....

...Say's the 700,  San Francisco native. How else do you think this body stays in shape? If I need to get around, there are plenty of other options. Lyft, uber, trains, flights, piggy backs...I can't complain

Maybe she has a car, and says she doesn't because she prefers not to drive to appointments, because she doesn't want someone running her license plate and getting her real info and stalking her

"He's stalking me" You should be so lucky.
Worry when he doesn't give a f_ _ _ what ever became of you.
Had a PI run a background on this one woman found out she'd filed a restraining order against a guy that she married two years later.  AND he was an illegal alien until the marriage.
Hehehahahehahehahehahaha.  Women in America!
GO SPEND 6 MONTHS IN THE MIDDLE EAST.  You'll have a whole new appreciation for an American.

Ok.  First WRT:  owns a car or not.  What's the difference?
Drives a car?  The number of people operating a car w/o a license is HUGE.  Illegal immigrants.
Maybe she's obeying the law.

Second WRT:  Drug addiction, drug addiction in any occupation is problematic.  You might think that ladies here might be doing this to support a habit.  A profession where drug addiction is much more prevalent is the medical profession.  Think about it.  High stress, A complete pharmacy at your fingertips...

Okay, so I had one and only one session w/ a beautiful drug addict.  It was coming out of her everywhere.   In her breath, out of her pores, etc. An odd chemical smell,  I felt bad for her.  I feared that some "agency" got her strung out to use her for money.  She had a rottie pup with her.  It would be really great if her "agency" went the way of Heidi Fleiss.  I can only hope for her and her pup.  Talentless usurious people disgust me.

It is when a provider charging 300/h or more needs an advance so as to pay rent or 'car payment' I begin too question.
