Are they really trying to argue entrapment? Two problems with that. 1. If you're not guilty, you're not trapped. 2. It's only entrapment if you set the trap, and then lure the person into it. This would mean that someone in the intelligence community set up the surveillance on the Russian Ambassador, and then somehow tricked Trump or someone around him into placing the call or whatever means of communication was involved!
