As this article makes clear, Trump's tweet may have been well planned. It makes me wonder two things:
1) Does it mean the current effort to revive TrumpCare is dead?
2) Does it presage an effort to bring in Democrats by writing off the Freedom Caucus and moving the bill more to the center? IOW, a fix to ObamaCare (which is needed), not "repeal and replace."
