I can't find this bet available in Vegas or online. What are the odds that Trump won't be president on Dec.31, 2018? - due to impeachment, Emolument Clause, resignation, or any reason....

For someone to offer 3-1 odds and have their money tied up for two years would be a fools bet.
Let's put this in perspective for the non gamblers here. The person taking this action would not only be risking $3,000 in the hopes of winning a thousand, but would have to tie up the $3,000 until 2019 in order to collect.
Looking at this from the perspective of someone who would consider booking such a bet, it makes no sense to do so as even if I win I make a total of 33.33% return on my money over two years which even at annual compounding of interest translates into less than a 15% annual return on a bet where I lose everything if I am wrong.
Lastly, I doubt VERY seriously that TER admin has even the slightest desire to be a facilitator of gambling with absolutely NOTHING to gain in the process.

I have made a few bets over the years, I won a couple and lost a couple, but NEVER has TER ever played a part in them.
I have promptly paid the bets I have lost and only had an issue collecting a bet once. Even though he finally did pay, he is still known as a welsher for having to be embarrassed into paying.
