So I have been to a few Massage Parlors some that offer HE and some that were strictly legit trying to find the perfect massage until I found the perfect situation an RMT that offers HE's.
Earlier this week I needed a massage only to find out my RMT is on vacation so on a whim I stopped at a different MP business on the way home from work which looked pretty legit.
So this cute Asian comes out says she can take me right now and leads me to a room she leaves I get undressed jump on the table drape myself and wait.
She comes in makes a couple of adjustments (lights, etc) and as she is doing this I move into position and ask her if I need to be draped (thinking that if she says yes then extras will not be offered) she says "you don't want to be draped, ok" and takes the towel off and tosses it to the side.
So as she is massaging me I guess I forgot this wasn't my usual provider and started rubbing her leg and even brushed lightly in-between her legs she never moved, made a motion to push me off or even told me to stop but then I remembered that I was in a new (legit) place so I should show some manners so I ask "is it okay to touch you?" expecting a yes when she surprises me with a no!
So I was like "oh" anyhow she keeps massaging and during all this we were chatting and having a great conversation about different topics even though her English wasn't the greatest.
The massage she was giving was kind of a cross between therapeutic and relaxation, working on entire body including rubbing my ass and running her hands up my inner thighs but not "really" touching anything!
Then she asked me to turn over and as I did it took her a minute but she went oh and draped me (barely). She then massaged my front, working from head to feet.
Her touch was amazing so I thought I would take a chance and started rubbing her back first over her shirt and then under, asking her again in a bit of a different way if it is okay if I can touch, she said yes but only her back.
So to shorten this story she finished the massage still sitting by my crotch area said all done asked how it was and after I told her fantastic she still sat there for a little bit just looking at me. I was expecting her to ask me if I wanted a happy ending but she didn't and it kind of looked like she was waiting for me to ask for one but I didn't because I didn't know if I should as I have never had to ask in the past.
So I ask what do you guys think legit or not?
I am really wanting to go back just to see if I can get a HE as it almost feels like unresolved business but I am also wondering if I may be asking for problems if I do go back and ask her for extras?

doesn't mean every girl will. Just because a girl does something, doesn't mean the place will. Every girl is unique and has their own comfort level both with doing something, and with the people she's working on.
Being your first visit there they don't know who/what you are, just like you didn't know what they offered. After you said "fantastic" you could have pointed downward and said "except for" and then see what happens. I'd go back and at least enjoy the massage again (that's always a welcome experience) and be a bit more bold with your questions. She obviously had no issues when telling you "no" so you can count on her to speak plainly.
If you're in an area that's been cracking down on the free exchange of services between consenting adults then expect a new place to be gunshy at first. And if they're not, then don't go back as they're likely going to be busted soon!

Here's what you need to say/do when you return:
After the flip, attempt eye contact with her and smile broadly. If you get the eye contact and a smile back then ask: Do you do extras for generous gentlemen? If you get a nod, then let the negotiations begin. If she shakes her head, then just lay back and enjoy the rest of the massage.
You might also get the: "Not until I get to know you better." response. I've gotten that a few times, and indeed on the second or third visit things took off nicely.
Each gal is somewhat different. It never goes down the same way twice. That's part of the whole charm.
A missed opportunity? I wonder. I know, it caught you off guard... When she asked you how you were, if you were turned on... You might have said or indicated your "problem".
I am torn by the new place I just tried (see below) as to whether to try again or if "Keep doing the same thing & expecting a different outcome" is just dumb.

That is the thing, in the past with legits I would never have considered touching the girl as you just feel the vibe but this one just felt more comfortable hence why I was comfortable enough to touch.
The thought of the tease is great but honestly I am not sure I would have your patience after 20 visits.
For me its either therapeutic and I don't expect anything or teasing and I would like a pay off in time, not necessarily right away as I also like the building but eventually.
There are so many massage places in my city I am torn between trying them all or sticking with a couple I know are good..
This lady makes me feel like a king for 90 minutes, so I'm hardly suffering, lol! The first couple times, yeah, it was frustrating. But it is so relaxing having a lady touch/feel your body in almost a worshipful manner. I love it. Massaging my inner thighs and below my stomach to my pubs for an extended period. She's one of my regulars - but of course when I want a HE or FS, I have other favorite places that I go. She's therapeutic too, though not the best I've been to for that.
If I were you, I'd go back again. Maybe you'll get more, maybe not. A big part of the fun of these experiences is the unknown, the surprise HE (as much as I enjoy FS providers, there really isn't a lot of suspense involved!). And if nothing else, you'll still end up having recieved a great massage.
