I have tried to post a whole bunch of links and case law that would change your minds, but so far it has not been posted. I will post the relevant link here. I have a huge file, that will show that I have not "made anything up".
We all know how much fun the bar is. nevertheless, at this point, you're a newbie and I'd be careful about giving out advice. For one thing, all legal advice you henceforth offer, free or not, if it's wrong, leaves you vulnerable to malpractice.
