I went to one in Tampa Bay area where the district is 99.5% Republican. Half of them either did not have any coverage (Medicaid was not expanded by Governor) and many of them who have said they would lose if Medicaid is cut.

Vote against what? Congress can't force the President to release them. Who the hell told you that? There is little that congress can force the President to do. Very little. He'd also have to sign it into law. HAHAHAHA
They are probably in favor of all candidates showing their tax returns. Most people are in favor of it. Doesn't mean I care that someone doesn't. They don't and in Trumps case that would literally be 1000's of pages every year. So he'd want to let his opposition (the media etc..) talk about each return for the next 8 years.
