This company needs to be put out of business. I just had to cancel with a favorite client of mine because of these incompetent jerks! How can it take over 90 minutes to pick me up when I'm staying 15 minutes from from the city and it's not even rush hour? Seriously? Everyone needs to boycott them and just use Uber instead. How can Uber be considered unethical when they are reliable and affordable? How in the world has Metro Taxi, who clearly doesn't give a crap about their clientele, been in business so long? C'mon Denver! Wake up! You don't have to settle for sub-par service in ANY industry, but especially one where tipping is expected! There is no excuse for this.

I could not agree more! I try to establish a driving service before I hit town. I call the hotel and ask for their recommendation and then I call that driving service and let them know that I will be in town and in need of their services (I prefer the little company with a lot of advertising or I tell the hotel recommended service that they were referred by my hotel and I ask them if my last minute requests will be a problem..........I find that many will actually refer me to a smaller guy as they only like hotel runs.)
