He could try the Starbucks or McDonalds free internet wlan ports.

A client who just saw me in NY has traveled to Los Angeles without his computer but wants to post a review for me.  He says it's going to be a good one so I'm really looking forward to reading it.   He says TER is blocked from the computers at Kinkos and the Apple stores.  He says he's at a hotel on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood.   Does anyone know a place where they rent computer time?  
He and I both thank you for your help.

anyway, there use to be one on corner of sunset and labrea.

or for sure, tell him goto koreatown.  about 15 min drive from his hotel. theres a plaza with a PC gaming print center. might even see some kgirl on her dayoff there playing warcraft..  corner of 6th and western.

There's an Internet cafe on Wilshire in K-town. Just west of Normandie, IIRC...

the owner does'nt want strangers downloading malware often found on "adult sites".
