I'm not sure whether to post this here or on the P&R Board but, to me, this story is more about sex with hookers than about pure politics. The juicy new details are that several high-ranking Navy officers have been swept up in a bribery scandal that involved sex parties in a fancy Manila hotel called the Shangri-La where $50,000 of Dom Perignon was quaffed, and another in the historic MacArthur Suite of the Manila Hotel where our boys in blue used historical MacArthur artifacts there as sex toys with the hookers. General MacArthur must be spinning in his grave.

If you read the article, these incidents happened years ago. Before Delicate Donnie was even a candidate. I don't even think he was pushing his "Obama is from Kenya" crap yet. Let's not get sloppy here.

Besides the debauched Navy, the scandal in the Marines was worse. Marine assholes posted photos of female Marines and to make matters worse, they also posted the name rank and duty station of the women. The top general testified before Congress and got his ass handed to him. The Marines should change their motto to "Semper Perverts."
A lot of soldiers go into law enforcement after they get out of the military so they can keep on breaking the law with impunity. When they become cops, JackDunphy takes over the butt smooching duty from follow me.
I do not condone the behavior of the Marines, in any way shape or form
And those involved need to answer for their actions.
They are, however, so few and hardly represent the vast majority who serve (in all branches) with honor.
