It's more a case of 'class snobbery'.
Some providers don't want reviews on TER.
Some providers don't want reviews ANYWHERE.
For whatever their reasons many of the providers who prescribe to the above seem to congregate on the City Source escort mall.
How much you can afford to gamble is how you gage your level of "wary".
Personally; without reviews or a personal recommendation or back-channeled information I don't gamble more than $$.
If you were to ascribe odds to getting ripped off for a non-TER rated girl on city-source, would it be 50/50, higher or lower?
