Jessica's response is pretty right on: By sending the girls a follow up email it you will be letting them know in a direct but yet polite way that you need to get your schedule made, whatever or whomever that entails...
There are so many reasons you may not have received a timely response... She could be traveling, your message may have accidentally gone to her spam folder, she may have thought she responded but for some reason her message to you was still in her drafts, she may have left the biz, etc... And certainly a number of other scenarios are also possibilities.
I would venture to say that a provider of that caliber most likely takes her position seriously(pun slightly intended) and is extremely professional and would not want to miss out on any opportunities.
All the suggestions made so far are great. Just my two cents.

How long???

I was asked for a lot of info on who I was, references right? So the question I have is, how long do you wait for a response before you move on. Now, both of the providers I've contacted are asking 1500 to meet with them.
I rarely get to LA to play, so when I see some one I'd love to see, I go for it. But the clock is ticking for other ladies, so how long would you wait for a lady who charges 1500 to respond to you before you move on?

This is what you need to do...

It's disappointing when you have your sights set on someone specific and the communication is lacking. You need to politely write the provider and say you want to firm up your travel plans by a certain date and time. If she doesn't respond by the time you want then you need to commit to moving on. We hope it all works out, but trust that some things in life happen for a reason.

I am away until the 1st of May. I made this clear on my schedule page on my website. sadly I get plenty of emails from people who do not bother to read requirements and availability and so I have to reply to people even when away.

What I am saying is make sure you checked her website to see if she is around or not

My strategy

If there are a few women that you are interested in then tell them that you make trips on occasion and would like to see them. Let them know that you are seeking to clear screening right now and will follow up with firm dates and times once you clear screening and have the dates of your trips. This lets you clear screening in a leisurely manner and she can respond when it's convenient. Then you should have a small number of women you are cleared to see. With screening out of the way setting dates and times when you know your travel plans is much faster and easier.
