I want to start a K-Girl type agency.
The business side of things I can handle.
It's just I don't know how to recruit women without sounding like a pimp.
Which I'm not trying to be.
Any advice?
Familiarize yourself with the California penal code. My guess would be that running an agency is a very different set of risks than you've probably even thought of.
Consult with an attorney, read about famous cases online.. While obviously the income could possibly be outstanding, I'm sure the risk associated may not be worth it specially if you have a career, family, kids etc.. Do tons of research first..

i wont go into specifics.
you don't want to pimp. the successful ones run it like a free business with girls who come and go at their free will. believe it or not word of mouth and how your agency treats girls will spread and help you with future girls.
setting up a kgirl agency is easy. there are services that help you set up you wouldn't believe. but the main thing is you need to develop trust and relationship with the existing owners and network that way they will help you. going solo is dangerous and in the long run will just get you in trouble.
