and compare their experiences with what you may have experienced.  I know that I look for reviewers in my regions who have seen and posted reviews of ladies I've seen, and whether their comments are consistent with my experience (i.e. the little details that confirm validity)- thus, from my view, validating them as a reviewer - once I confirm validity based on 3-4 common experiences, I tend to value their reviews of others more than unknown reviewers.  I also find that there are reviewers who enjoy experiences similar to what i enjoy, and often find new talent by looking to see who they review and rated highly.  After  a while, you can also use pm to exchange info with other reviewers you trust in your area about providers who offer comparable expeeriences

Okay, I know this is a common question, but I want to ask with my specific situation in mind. There are two providers I have been paying close attention to on this site. One has about 4 - 5 reviews and the other only has 2. Both are new and have been reviewed within the last 3 mos. or so.

Their reviews are amazing. Nothing lower than an 8 on anything. But I decided to look into to the reviewers and NONE of them are white listed at all. And with the girl that only had two reviews, her reviewers also haven't written many other reviews either. The pics of these providers also seem too good to be true (one looks straight out of Playboy).

So, in light of recent reports / speculation of fake reviews that ultimately lead to some kind of LE sting, I'm wondering if there is anything else I have overlooked which could help me rule that out as a possibility. I have been watching them both for about 6 - 8 weeks now, just hoping for a new review from a member that has a little bit more of a track record and or even a white list, but none have come in. Is the best thing for me to do here is simply be patient and see if one comes in that might put my mind at ease? Any advice would be appreciated.

A reviewer not having any "white listings" is not indicative of a need for skepticism. There are many active reviewers with august review histories, yet only two or less white listings to their name.

Concern yourself more with the depth of their review history and even possibly the providers they have reviewed and their review histories.

Honestly though; even if a provider has only a few reviews to her credit; but one or more of her reviewers has multiple reviews to his credit the chance of LE being in the mix needn't come to mind.

Not from an LE standpoint, necessarily, but relaibility.  My first forray here was with a provider with 1+ pages of mostly good reviews...but she didn't get back to me until after I got home from the business trip!  Best to pick a provider with multiple pages of good reviews, including some from reliable reviewers.  I did that the second time, and it worked out perfectly!

you could possibly get some more data by posting the question on their local boards and seeing if anyone has info they want to share.

That's one of the best uses of the local boards.

multiple reviews from reviewers with multiple reviews.

I don't trust my "spidey senses" enough yet to see someone with only one or two reviews by reviewers who have only done one or two.

This policy has paid off well for me- what I did do on two women I was interested in who had only one or two reviews was simply stand off and watch for a few weeks.  One of them that had a great first review fairly quickly got revealed as a B & S sham, the other one turned up pregnant in a later review only offering french.

There are plenty of great really well reviewed women in my area, so I was able to "keep busy" while getting my training wheels broken in and stay very patient with the less reviewed.

Now if there was one with only a review or two by someone who's name I'd seen all over the regional board, with many reviews of the really known ladies in the area, I'd pm him and with a good report give her a try.

I've only been in the hobby less than a year, and I had some pretty bad experiences seeing non-reviewed ladies.  My first few months I didn't even know TER existed.  If there is one thing I've learned about the hobby and reviews  it is that it is important to see a well-reviewed lady.  I wasted a lot of money early on because of my ignorance.
I would say take your time, be patient and wait until you see more reviews of a lady you want to see. It will definitely be worth it.
