Hermosa Beach

A location in between Hermosa Pier and Manhattan Pier would be great for avoiding the pier crowds. Start looking at around 30th St. In Hermosa and you'll see the beach crowds are lighter and you'll have as nice walk to either Pier along the bike path.

Is always my favorite, big wide sandy beach, some people but not super crowded, waves are good if you're going into the water

Depends on what you want...I agree MB has the best beach, though Hermosa is good as well....I think Hermosa has more nightlife, but MB has some as well....But neither will be cheap and you get more for your $ in Redondo - but stay away from the pier are and go south to Avenue C or higher

Manhattan Beach - generally more expensive, better freeway access (105 and 405)

Hermosa Beach - more nightlife/restaurants, parking can be a bitch

Redondo Beach (south of pier) - easier parking, nice beach, little nightlife

You can go further south (Long Beach, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach), but then you're into Orange County and not my neck of the woods.

Also, keep in mind that the beach communities are further from the freeways which may, and may not, affect your business.

Hope it helps.

Sepulveda.  An old Manhattan Beach saying.  All of the above is true, but I found a hot lead in MB.
PM sent.
