First of all, most hotels will take cash with a deposit.  I've only came across one hotel in which they do not allow cash stay.
However, this is easy and a god-send.  She needs to hop down to Rite Aid and purchase a refill credit card. Wala! she has an instand Mastercard. No excuse, now!

I discovered a really great hotel and had a most incredible time with one of my favorite ladies. She really liked the room and wants to be able to use it on a regular basis. The problem is  she doesn't have a credit card. She has offered that if I rent the room on my card she will more than make it worth my while. My question is if she were to be busted and the room is in my name can I be prosecuted for anything?

I can't answer your legal question but I do want to ask you what you will do if you find out she or her clients have trashed the room? You will be liable for the damages. She'd be better off getting a credit card. If she doesn't qualify due to bad credit then she should get a secured card.

Yes, you can get in trouble, not only for room damages, room service and mini-bar charges, but because YOU provided a place for prostitution, you can be charged with various aiding/facilitating/promoting types of crimes. Obviously, these vary by state but they're often felony level charges that don't require you to profit off of her activity to be charged. Since you mention that she offered to "make it more than worth my while" - I assume you ARE being compensated in some way-and the law usually doesn't require it to be "money".

This is quite possibly the dumbest thing you can do as a hobbyist -- because you aren't "a hobbyist" anymore; by providing a location for her to workout of, you now have a role in the lady's business. (In the eyes of the law, she ain't independent anymore either, see?) You may as well get a velvet suit, open a wh*rehouse or procure customers for her too. To understand the seriousness of what you are getting involved in, remember that when escort agencies get busted, the ladies get simple prostitution charges (misdemeanors), the people who "merely" answer the phones and drive them to the calls get the felonies.

Some of you guys have a real problem with getting sucked into this sort of stuff and the ladies' problems. Get off the white horse and off the "I want to help the ladies" kick. Don't actively tout, cybershill or promote her, post messages for her if her computer is down, don't drive her to her next date, don't get a room for her to use...stay out of her business life. You are safest as *a customer* only so act like one.

As mentioned, she needs to get a cc. ANYONE can get a credit card these days, secured or otherwise. You might want to ask yourself why she doesn't have one. She needs to take charge of her financial life and establish her own record of financial responsibility.

especially the last paragraph.

Almost made that same mistake, trying to help out a girl who spoke little english and had just been ripped off of all her money by her countrymen "friends". Stay out of her business if you know whats good for you. Most likely she's will forget what you did for yesterday and want more today etc. etc.

I've had this card for over a year now, and I love it! I just go to any western union and send the money to put onto my account. I do have a regular secured credit card, but I hardly ever use it. This one here is a great card for any person to have :)

Enjoy!
