I asked the question because I see VIP in ads everywhere, and it does not appear in any of the glossaries that I have access to. I thought maybe it was an indication that FS was available, but now we are guessing. One would think that with the widespread use of this term, there would be a definition somewhere.

Usually meaning, a higher standard of quality but some have been known to refer to a particular service for only certain clientele.  

It most likely means she wants to charge more....But really it should mean that she is well-sought after. Check reviews to verify.
