Ladies,
If a Client schedules with you, changes the Appointment time 3x, then cancels at the last minute., how would you handle that?.
How would you handle it, if he did it 2x?....Last minute cancellations (for me), are 50% of the date....I could not get a deposit, as he is always last minute.....The first time I was annoyed, but let it slide....He offered zero cancellation fee....He did it AGAIN last night, and again offered nothing...
I kindly asked him to leave 200$ at the Hotel front desk, which should have been 500$....I was being VERY fair....He said no, and that he would contact me today., and we would work something out....He said he PROMISED, and that he is a "stand up" guy!....Ummmmmmm, OK!!....I can tell!!.
Just called his room, and he checked out....
He is part of TER, and I will certainly do my part in making sure the other Ladies., do NOT waste their time!.
Soooooo ANNOYING/RUDE/LOW-CLASS!!.....This is a businesss, just like any other., however, some men think NOT, and abuse it...

I think you already know the answer to your question. That sucks! If you like him as a client give him another chance if not kick him to the curb.

Argh that's not on hun. 1. He didn't respect your time on two occasions. 2. He didn't follow through with a cancellation donation. 3. He made a promise and he didn't keep it.
Drop him as a potential client and save your time for the gentlemen that respect and appreciate what we do x
if he is traveling from city to city. This type of asshole makes us other hobbyist look bad.
Look, it works both ways. From a guys view, I've been NCNS, ladies coming in very late and some calling and canceling at the last minute. It happens, it part of this, good or bad it isn't cool but it happens. As a guy we have the reviews, does she show a tendency for being late, or flaking. Ladies, you ask for references and one of the questions should be “Is the guy a flake?”. I don't know what kind of process you went through but my guess is that you did verify him, and this part got pass you. Let it go, check him off your list and black ball the mo fo.
And what's funny is that you let it happen twice! That's on you, me I would have scratch him off the first time..sorry for the tough love.

He could have avoided all of this, by simply leaving 200$ at the Hotel front desk... 
He is mailing it from out of the country (where he lives), so who knows!....If I receive it, GREAT., if not, I will give all of his info to the Ladies who sent me a PM....I will also put his info on the "PO" board, along with other boards...
I just HATE outing people, as it sucks!...Not FUN!....Hopefully he follows through THIS TIME, and we can move on..
Although 200$ certainly does not make up for TWO missed appointments, it will at least show he has "somewhat" of a conscious...

Did he say why he's now sending money? Was it in response to your TER post?
If I had all the money my customers promised to pay (usually with a contract) I would be retired by now.
It is a very rare gentleman who is a man of his word. The main problem being there is no repercussion for people that do not do what they say! and what makes it worse that as a society we accept it!
A guy that flakes on a ladies gets his own thread on the board and never seems to have issues getting more dates. But you never see a thread recognizing a guy that was just super nice guy towards a lady.
Have you ever stood anyone up before ? Case closed because IM sure you have before .

the behavior exhibited by that individual was not only classless but cowardly. if he had a legitimate reason to cancel it would be one thing. but to do it twice is BS. my only explanation would be that he had scheduled time with you as a back up incase another provider flaked on him. but that is not an excuse! if that is the case, i'm sure checking your availability but not scheduling would have been acceptable.
the second part that makes me say that he isnt worth time of day is that he said he would leave a meager 200 at the front desk and then simply checked out. that is a scumbag move. regardless if he mail you money, he is done in my book.
for me finding a provider is very nerve-racking. there are a lot of things and moving variables that can go wrong. i like to find a provider that i trust and develop a "working relationship" with her. what i mean by that is one of mutual respect and honesty when it comes to the business. if i feel like branching out, it is only with recommendations from my fav providers.
