The press is making up all this stuff about hate crimes, right?

After all, in your view, this guy is an American hero.

I was searching and finding instances of Fake News from CNN and I inadvertently discovered ,many instances of Fake Hate Crimes LE wasted time on, only to determine they were Fake Hate Crimes.
   
   I believe the Death penalty would be extreme for someone filing a Fake Hate Report even though innocent citizens could die at the hands of violent criminals  when LE is wasting time investigating Fake Crimes.  

  If I was in charge of penalty policy I'd recommend one  year minimum for someone filing a  
 Fake Hate Crime Report.

   Am I much  too lenient or not lenient enough?  
   Your thoughts on Fake Hate Crime penalties ?  

 If you know of any Fake Hate Crime confessions or convictions not in the list below, please post.

  That Guy wasn't in my list of Fake Hate Crime Reports
My OP was referencing Fake Hate Crimes.  
 
Did you open the link or you just spouting your usual Candy Ass mouth full of Shit for Brains?  
 
  If I was in charge or he escaped and ventured on my property I'd feed him to my Pigs
   and sleep peacefully.
