So I may be doing an extended stint up north where Gallup would be my closest contact with civilization.
Now, the whole deal is not for sure yet, but I haven't seen a single ad for pleasurable company in Gallup, so any recommendations would be appreciated...
This summer I was working in the area spending a lot of time out on the reservation. One day while I was visiting one of the natives hearding his flock of sheep a vehicle approached. A lady got out and said that she was a interested in studying his flock. She asked permission to walk through the herd of sheep and soon sat on the ground. The flock gathered around her and for 20 or so minutes there was constant blahing by the sheep that seemed directed at the lady. Finally she got up and walked back to us. The owner of the sheep asked what she was doing. She explained that she could communicate with animals and wanted to see if she could with sheep. I asked if she was sucessful but before she could answer the owner said that sheep lie.
I know where you might get a herding job if you are interested.
That's what I was afraid of... Oh well, guess I'll have to wait till I get back.
Might as well try to find a decent lady on the North Pole. Probably have better luck.
You are not likely to find any action up here unless you like 400 year old elves, and those are the young ones.
Anyway one thing for sure if I ever get outta here and get down that way I'm going to Gallup not walk to see Mary
