it is not ethitical for shrinks to diagnos a person they have not seen.  Can't come up with a diagnosis in medical terms for someone you have not "examined.' sorry for bad grammar and syntax but too many martinis.

I think that you might have Alcohol Use Disorder. But I'm not certain. We need to talk a few more times, until your insurance runs out, at which time I will have a final diagnosis and treatment plan.  

In the meantime, why don't you tell me about your childhood. ... Oh! I'm sorry. Our time is up. I'll see at the same time, next week.
