I've been to about a dozen different FKKs and agree with Max an Icebear's comments. You really can't imagine how awesome they are until you have tried them. Once you have, you'll be back whenever you can get there.
FKK completely blows away the domestic "hobby", Euro escorts and RLD, Tijuana, South and Central America IMHO. Although one could debate endlessly about the "best" FKK, I'll provide my personal favorites: Frankfurt area: 1) Oase. 2) Sharks. 3) Mainhatten. 4) World.Dusseldorf area: 1) Golden Time. 2) Acapulco.
Berlin: Artemis

Prices are a bit over 100 Euros for half an hour, but a bit of "free" foreplay beforehand seems to be fairly standard. In Germany, most places have 50 euros for half an hour, although Artemis is 60 and there are some clubs with 40 euros as the standard price.

There are a handful in Austria (Funpalast and goldentime in Vienna, Andiamo in Villach and some more). In the Czech Republic you have the "sexy sauna" just off of Wenceslav square in Prague. In Holland you have Sixsense (Lemiers) and Yingyang (Roermond), but those are very close to Germany. Then there is a bunch of clubs in Switzerland, with Globe in Zurich being the best known. Prices are quite a bit higher here, but you're also more likely to find some real stunners there. That's about it.

I have done all of this at least once, and, I don't even get to Germany all that often. It's refreshing to be in an environment where, except for underage, non-EU ladies working in the EU, and human trafficked women, the government doesn't care what consenting adults do with their money or with each other. My advice is to sign up at websites and message boards dedicated to the international sex scene and to Germany in particular and do your research. Some are in German, but, Google Translator is your friend. You aren't going to be able to do it all on one trip, so, prioritize what you want to do first.
