I have several female friends/providers that I socialize with outside of the hobby business.
Can't get better than that, to have a sexual bi sexual playmate and then be good friends as well whom we can trust.

At least with my circle of friends and co-workes (mostly in northern CA but extends a bit to LA, Chicago, NY) almost all of us are truly bi-sexual and some of us do spend time together intimately off the clock but even for those that don't, there is a level of comfort and sweetness that I have never had with another group of women. Lots of hanging around in our underwear or naked, massages etc. Once (sadly only once though) an actual pillow fight. I have dated three fellow providers in my personal life and I know several couples who work together. Once on my lovely friend Siouxsie Q's awesome podcast, The Whorecast, she had an episode about how sex workers are portrayed in the media. Mostly its these sad, last ditch, desperate circumstances and her commentary is something like "If only they would make a TV show about my friends and my life, where its mostly eating fro-yo with your sexy worker friends and drawing together and taking bubble baths and sleeping four of your spooned together in a kind sized bed." I am sure not everyone has this same experience; like any industry we have a wide range of experiences and are all delicate different snowflakes etc.
On another note, I once had a fellow provider book me. She was an fbsm provider and even though I didn't do that kind of work at the time she was looking to see a woman for FBSM since she had never received a massage herself who would be genuinely enthusiastic about seeing a women (apparently she was having trouble finding this). When she showed up she was sexy, and I ended up just offering her a trade.
Also, I met my dear friend and co-worker Gretel Von BonBon (SF) when I hired her for a paramours birthday threesome.
I am proud to be both a provider and consumer. Some people think it is weird, but what can I say, I enjoy enjoying a lovely lady of exactly the kind I am desiring at the moment arriving promptly on my doorstep. I most do this with one of my partners, but I also now receive FBSM appointments on my own (because they are fucking awesome!)
