Agencies seem to have a bad rep here on TER, but they're a *wonderful* stepping stone for newbie hobbyists.  There is a number of reasons for it.  First of all, agencies often take on a larger number of clients, and although they screen pretty strictly, they don't have to be references.  So in your case, it's a bonus.  Try signing up for Date Check, a nationwide verification service.

The second reason is related to the girl choosing which clients to see.  Now, this'll sound bad, so don't rag me about it.  Independents, obviously, can accept or reject whoever they please (for the most part).  Since some providers are biased against young guys, your age will work against you.  Agency girls, on the other hand, don't have much choice.  So use that to your advantage, and schedule with an agency girl.  In the end, you'll have hobby experience *and* a reference.

I would strongly recommend any newbie having their first several experiences with WELL REVIEWED INDEPENDENT TER ladies. Stay clear of agencies. First, you will not have a good feel over which agencies are reputable and which ones are not. If you trust the wrong agency you are far more likely to experience an overall bad session. Problems such as bait and switch (you think they are sending girl A and girl B shows up) tremendous up selling by the ladies (the agency will quote you $200 and you think its all inclusive when in fact the lady will tell you that price was only to get her in the door; it may cost you $700 to get laid) and in general more high volume providers who see so many men a day, they are only in it for the money and really will rush you to end the session quickly are typical of badly run agencies. TRUST ME on this one, you are way better off reading the reviews in their totality and seeing an independent lady who is respected and trusted in your area. Your experience will most likely be a pleasant one and you will want to repeat.

Now I understand you are brand new and do not have any provider references. Some ladies will absolutely refuse to see you on this basis alone. Others will refuse to see you because they prefer men over the age of 30. It's all okay, just move on. Eventually, as you explain politely to the ladies that you are brand new in this hobby and only 24 years old, you will find an independent lady who will see you (perhaps based on giving her work information or meeting her first socially for a quick cup of coffee in public). Remember, a provider is far more nervous about seeing you. She knows nothing about you. The lady just wants to make sure you are professional and mature in attitude and you will not cause her any harm or discomfort before, during or after the session.

Also remember that when you first contact the lady, understand what you should do. In sum, refrain from ANY sexual discussion, don’t ask questions you already know from her ad (i.e. her hourly rates) and have a specific date/time in mind that you would like to see her.

Finally, not to be too harsh, but you really need to practice your writing skills if you intend to contact a provider by E-mail. Based on your posting you need some serious work. Do not use shorthand (write out the word you, do not type "u"), edit your E-mail (as your message above has many grammatical errors in punctuation and capitalization) and re-check your spelling (you typed ass instead of as). These kinds of mistakes are easily picked up by the ladies and may be held against you, rightly or wrongly. The ladies you will meet on TER are intelligent and professional and expect the same from their clients.

Yes, start with the right idependent

I am new, but older. I made a list of personalable, reliable, and otherwise well reviewed providors. I also selected more upscale. I wanted my first experience to a safe and enjoyable one.

I then wrote them saying that I'm new, I have read your TER reviews, and I would love to meet you. I said I have no reviews but I will try to share whatever info you need, and I am happy to set up a public get to know meet. That got a very positive response. I also signed up with a verification service.

I now have refs.. and a smile.

that the provider you try to see is well reviewed. That means multiple positive reviews from reviewers who have each made multiple reviews on various providers. It can be much more difficult starting out with no references. After getting no response from a well reviewed independent I went the agency route. I now have references. If the provider is well reviewed, that speaks about the agency as well. Often times the review will comment on dealing with the agency.

I started out with indies and had good luck, but if I had to do it all over again I would have started with an agency.  But then again - I'm in Phoenix where the agencies - especially Mystiques and Desert Divas - have put an end to the cash and dash and upsell that is so common in most parts of the country.  

I know that Mystiques sends some of their ladies to LA to tour.  Don;t know who they have scheduled to go out there next, but you could call Jack and ask him.

but the agency I began hobbying with as a newbie was great. Met my ATF there. One advantage of a newbie hobbying through an agency is that he has a ready list of names to check reviews for and it's easy to see the quality of an agency by the quality of those reviews.
